Event and admission conditions
Document version: 2026-11-04 · English translation. If it differs from the Hungarian text, the Hungarian version prevails.
1. Application and event details
These conditions apply together with the Terms, within the event details given before purchase. The event’s name, organiser and contact, venue operator, date, doors, age limit, companion rule and accessible approach: [TO BE COMPLETED on the event page].
The exact, versioned link to the venue house rules: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Mandatory law cannot be departed from. Event-specific conditions cannot reduce consumer rights already given. A change to the house rules cannot be an unlimited later change of the contract.
2. A valid ticket and personal discounts
The ticket admits you to the event, place or zone printed on it. Entry needs a readable, valid QR code. The visitor must keep the screen or the print good enough to scan. If a technical read fails, on-site staff must be able to check the right of entry.
A copy of the code does not create a new right of entry. If a code is duplicated, the validation history and any transfer must be checked. The fact of a first scan does not automatically close a justified complaint. You must keep the ticket safe, but you do not bear the consequences of the provider’s own error.
When a named or discounted ticket is checked, only the data needed to prove the eligibility announced in advance may be examined. We do not make a copy of an identity document on the basis of these conditions. Recording a document that proves health or other special-category data needs a separate legal basis and notice.
3. Transfer and re-entry
A transfer can be started for a valid ticket the system allows, at the fee announced in advance. When it finishes, the previous code is invalid and the new holder receives a new code. A transfer is not another ticket and does not add a place.
When transfers close for the event, and whether re-entry is allowed: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Re-entry and its technical rules must be explained before purchase. We do not claim that the system currently enforces every such limit automatically.
4. Safety and conduct
Visitors must respect other people’s safety and dignity, follow lawful safety instructions, and keep escape routes clear. Violent, dangerous or unlawful conduct may lead to a necessary and proportionate measure.
The exact list of prohibited items, bag-size limits, cloakroom, food and drink rules, and the lawful method of a security check: [TO BE COMPLETED with the venue]. These rules do not replace the legal authority of security staff, and they do not allow an arbitrary search or confiscation.
Refusal of entry or removal must be recorded with the concrete reason, time and measure. Such a measure does not automatically mean the ticket price is lost. The financial consequence is decided separately from the facts, the contract and the applicable law.
5. Accessibility and asking for help
Conditions for accessible entry, a companion ticket and the help needed: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Contacting customer service in advance helps the arrangements. It is not a general condition that makes you lose a right. We ask only for data needed to provide the help.
Tell the designated staff on site about illness, danger, a lost child or harassment. Emergency number: 112. On-site first aid and the responsible contact: [TO BE COMPLETED].
6. Changes, cancellation and recording
If the event is cancelled, significantly delayed, or the time or venue changes, the Terms and the separate event notice set the process, while the buyer’s statutory rights remain. During an evacuation or a safety stop, follow the instructions on site.
Buying a ticket and entering are not unlimited consent to use your face in advertising. If there is official photography, video or camera surveillance, a separate notice available before entry must identify the controller and state the purpose, legal basis, retention and rights. A crowd shot and a featured portrait may be judged differently.
