Cookie notice

1. Purpose and controller
Controller: Kálvin Trend Kft. Privacy contact: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Cookies are small pieces of data stored in the browser. The separate privacy notice covers personal data, your rights and remedies.
We use strictly necessary storage to provide the service you asked for. Statistics or advertising storage that is not necessary may start only with proper prior consent. Continuing, scrolling, or accepting the Terms is not that consent by itself.
2. Storage used in the current application
better-auth.session_token: the sign-in session identifier, at most 30 days. better-auth.session_data: an authentication cache, 30 seconds. On HTTPS the names may gain a __Secure- prefix, and chunked storage may add a further ending.
NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the chosen language. In the current configuration, with no separate expiry, it is a session cookie. The exact name, lifetime and active use of the remember-me and two-factor cookies: [TO BE COMPLETED by measuring a live browser].
The application code currently has no analytics or advertising tracker connected. A full cookie and browser-storage inventory of the live site has not been made: [TO BE COMPLETED on the active domain, through registration, sign-in and payment].
3. External services
Stripe’s payment page may use its own cookies and technical storage for payment and fraud prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, may process browser and device data. Use of a clearance cookie depends on the service configuration. Using a provider does not mean every one of its cookies is strictly necessary.
The exact cookies of external services, their lifetime, role and any processing outside the EEA must be finalised from the live configuration. A link to a provider’s notice does not by itself replace our own mandatory information.
4. Settings and withdrawal
You can delete and block cookies in the browser settings. That may sign you out or break checkout. Deleting cookies does not automatically delete data that must lawfully be kept for an order or an invoice.
If tracking that is not necessary is introduced, a control is required that can refuse it and withdraw consent later, and trackers must stay blocked until consent. This document does not claim that such a control already works.
