Terms and Conditions

Document version: 2026-11-04 · English translation. If it differs from the Hungarian text, the Hungarian version prevails.

1. Provider, scope and contractual roles

The website is operated by Kálvin Trend Kft. (the Provider). Registered office: 1053 Budapest, Képíró utca 3. Company registration number: 01-09-406517 (Company Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest). Tax number: 32098541-2-41. Customer-service email: support@concertpass.eu. Ticket matters: ticket@concertpass.eu. Telephone and postal complaints address: [TO BE COMPLETED].

These Terms apply to electronic ticket purchases on the website and to related services. The event page and the order summary set the particular event, venue, time, ticket type, price and any special conditions of attendance.

Who organises the event, who is the contracting ticket seller, and whether Kálvin Trend Kft. acts in its own name or for the organiser: [TO BE COMPLETED for each event]. This must be told to the buyer before the order. An internal agreement between the organiser and the Provider cannot limit the buyer’s statutory rights.

2. Registration and the data you provide

A purchase needs a user account and a confirmed email address. The buyer provides real contact and billing details, and, for named tickets, the holder’s name and email address. If you provide someone else’s data, you must make sure that person can read the privacy notice.

You must keep your password safe. Tell customer service at once if you suspect unauthorised access. Newsletter consent is not required to register or to buy a ticket.

3. Choosing a ticket and temporary holds

After choosing an event, the buyer selects a seat or a standing zone and a ticket type. The screen shows how long the places in the basket remain held. When the hold expires, the places may be released. Putting a place in the basket is not a purchased ticket.

Before you submit the order you can check and correct the ticket, holder and billing details on the form. If the event, date, place or name is wrong, change it before payment. Tell customer service about a mistake found later.

4. Prices, fees and payment

Prices shown are gross prices in Hungarian forints, including applicable taxes. Any convenience or service fee, and any transfer fee, is shown before you confirm. The total payable is shown in the order summary and on the payment page.

Payment is made on Stripe’s payment page, using the methods offered there. Approving the payment creates a payment obligation. The Provider does not store the full card number or the card security code in its own application.

A failed, interrupted or expired payment does not admit you. If your bank shows a charge but the ticket does not arrive, contact customer service with the order number.

5. Formation of the contract and confirmation

To place the order, the buyer accepts these Terms in a separate checkbox. Confirming that you have read the privacy notice is not a general consent to all processing: processing needed for the purchase is based mainly on performing the contract or on a legal duty. Marketing consent is separate and voluntary. The system records the Terms version, the time of acceptance and the IP address.

The order is the buyer’s offer. The electronic confirmation is sent by email after successful payment and processing. The contract is formed by the accepting confirmation that includes the ticket. If electronic confirmation that the offer was received does not arrive within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 48 hours, the buyer is released from the offer.

The language of the contract is Hungarian. An electronic order is not a contract made in writing. The system keeps the order details, and the buyer can see available orders and tickets in the account. A code of conduct binding on the Provider: [TO BE COMPLETED; if there is none, that must be stated].

6. Electronic ticket and invoice

After successful payment the electronic ticket is available in the account, and the system emails the buyer and the ticket holder. The ticket can be downloaded as a PDF. The invoice is issued from the billing details through Számlázz.hu and is available electronically.

Also check the spam folder. Contact customer service if the email address is wrong, the ticket is missing, or the invoice does not match. An electronically delivered ticket is not sent by post.

7. Entry, ticket security and transfer

Entry needs a valid ticket and a readable QR code. You must follow the house rules and the age and safety conditions announced for the event. For a discounted ticket, proof of eligibility may be requested if that was stated before purchase.

Keep the QR code and the ticket link private. A copy does not create another right of entry. Report a lost ticket, or a ticket given to an unauthorised person, at once.

The name and the holder can be changed from the account if that ticket and event allow it. The screen shows the deadline and any fee. A successful transfer creates a new QR code and invalidates the previous one.

The detailed admission conditions are among the legal documents. Event-specific conditions told at purchase cannot later be tightened arbitrarily. People must be informed of lawful measures that directly serve safety.

8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

For a ticket to an event on a specified date or period, the consumer has no 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason, under section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). This does not affect claims for defective performance, cancellation of the event, or other statutory rights.

If the event is cancelled, the system sends a notice and starts a refund of the amount paid, linked to the original payment. The time of the credit also depends on the payment provider and the bank. Customer service can tell you the status of the refund.

If the time or venue changes, the buyer must be told the new conditions, whether they can be accepted, and the refund process that applies. The detailed deadline and the contracting party responsible for the process: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Event-specific conditions cannot exclude the buyer’s mandatory statutory claims.

A claim arising from cancellation or a material change of the event does not depend on the organiser and the ticket seller finishing their settlement. A refund cannot be limited to a voucher or a ticket for another event if the buyer is entitled to money back. We do not cut off a refund claim with a short, separate forfeiture deadline.

Delivering a ticket as a PDF does not turn the event ticket into digital content for which we would exclude withdrawal on a separate waiver. A product with no fixed time, or a standalone transfer or other extra service, must be assessed separately. The event-ticket exception is not applied to them automatically.

9. Complaints and disputes

A complaint can be sent to the email address, telephone number or postal address to be stated in the imprint. For faster handling, include the order number, the event, what went wrong and what you want done. Do not send a full card number or a password.

An oral complaint must be examined at once and remedied if possible. If that is not possible, or the consumer disagrees with the handling, a record is made. The Provider sends a reasoned reply to a written complaint within 30 days at the latest. The complaint and the reply are kept for three years.

In a consumer dispute, the consumer may start a conciliation-body procedure after trying to settle the matter directly. The Provider must cooperate as required by law. The body for the consumer’s home or place of stay is also available. The competent body’s exact name, address, telephone, email and website: [TO BE COMPLETED from the registered office and the applicable jurisdiction]. The NKFH notice linked below explains the bodies.

The consumer may also contact the consumer-protection authority or bring a claim in court. Hungarian law applies, while keeping the mandatory protections of the consumer. These Terms do not exclude the Provider’s liability where the law forbids that.

10. Liability, technical failure and misuse

The Provider is liable for its own breach and for the agents it uses, under the applicable law. It does not exclude liability for intentional breach, or for breach that harms life, physical integrity or health. In a consumer contract, an exclusion of liability or a shift of the burden of proof that is otherwise unlawful does not apply.

If an external provider fails, a bank is down, an authority acts, or force majeure occurs, the Provider examines whether it can still perform and limit the loss, records what happened, and informs you. Such an event does not by itself give a right to keep the ticket price or to refuse a refund.

If an obvious data or price error is found, the affected sale may be paused and the buyer informed. The price of a contract already formed cannot be raised unilaterally. A new price needs the buyer’s express acceptance. The effect of a statement made in error is judged under the applicable law.

If there is a real, documented suspicion of misuse, the account or transaction may be checked in a proportionate way. Sharing a bank card, or a technical alert, does not by itself prove fraud. We state the reason and how to resolve it, unless the law or another person’s rights prevent that. We do not charge a penalty because you start a remedy, a bank procedure or an official procedure.

11. Keeping and changing the terms

The version of the Terms accepted with the order governs that purchase. A later change does not by itself rewrite a contract already formed. You can keep this notice with the browser’s save or print function.

The document date is a version mark, not the automatic entry into force of the draft. The date the final version takes effect: [TO BE COMPLETED].
